Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Choicemandu. We hope you love what you ordered. But sometimes it doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like the products or it didn’t work as you expected, we’ll try our 100% to make it right. We offer a refund and exchange policy with the ultimate motive of making our customers happy and satisfied. We’ll always try to give our best to take good care of customers- our only motive is to deal with our customers fairly and reasonably. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to Know:
- You have to return the product within 7 calendar days of the purchase, If 7 days pass you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive the fund and exchange of any kind.
- The products must be undamaged in any way and in the same condition that you receive them.
- Your items/ products need to have a bill or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your items, our team/staff will inspect them and process them ahead. We will call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Also, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If your return is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method that you used during the purchase. It may take a certain amount of days for a refund.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (info@choicemandu.com) and send your item to (place LOCATION)
Delivery:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
