What shall you do if the goods delivered at your hands are not of your expectations when you were placing the orders with us?
We have the following solutions for you.
1. Exchange the goods - You can exchange the goods with other identical goods having the same size, design, and model. This may require the price adjustment in case goods exchanged and the goods purchased are not of the same price.
2. Replace the goods – You can buy any other goods listed on our site. This may require the price adjustment in case goods exchanged and the goods purchased are not of the same price.
3. Money-back – In case you don’t want to avail of the above options, you may claim your money back.
The above-mentioned options are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- You must have an original sales invoice issued at the time of sales.
- The tags on the product are intact.
- The goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and must be of the same condition at the time of sales.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging without severely damaged.
- You must initiate the options within 7 days of delivery made to you.
- In case the goods are covered by any guaranty/ warranty cover, such goods may be refunded within the period as mentioned in such cover provided the goods satisfies the condition as specified in such cover.
- In case the goods are sold on a “Cash on delivery” basis, the option of money back may not be applicable since the customer has the choice of returning the products instantly.
