Q. Does Choicemandu charge any amount as a registration fee to register an account?
A. No, registration is free, we don’t charge any amount from the user to register and create an account.
Q. What is the method of payment for a purchase?
A. We accept major credit/debit cards (internationally) and e-Sewa, internet banking, and Cash-on-delivery in Nepal. To pay using one of these methods, please contact us to place your order.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. Delivery charges may vary depending on location. However, the amount shall not exceed NRs. 150 for delivery in major cities of Nepal.
Q. What are the delivery days?
A. We deliver 7 days a week. (Sunday through Saturday)
Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?
A. Well, Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. In general, we strive to deliver the product within 24 hours inside the Kathmandu Valley and 72 hours in major cities of Nepal. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be met. In such cases, we will make you a call to keep you updated.
Q. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A. No, You don’t have to set up an account to place an order. You can place an order as a guest by clicking on “Continue without registration”. But creating an account with Choicemandu is an easy way to store your details so the checkout process is quick. If you are a registered customer, your details will be filled in automatically. You will also have access to review your order status, edit your profile and maintain a wishlist 24 hours a day.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Placing an order at Choicemandu is very simple. If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase them, please follow our instructions.
Q. How do I cancel my existing order?
A. If you need to cancel your order for some reason, you can kindly email us with your order details. There is a certain % cancellation fee for covering the processing fees.
Q. Where is your store located? Can we visit and purchase products from your store physically?
A. Choicemandu is only an online marketplace and we don’t have any physical store since we are not the owner of any products being sold on our website.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We will refund your costs if the product was received due to an error on our part. And the products shall be returned and the amount shall be refunded only under the following circumstances:
a. If Return/Exchange will be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
b. The tags on the product are intact.
c. The products are unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
d. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging without severe damage.

Q. Is there a reward program?
A. Yes, we do have a reward program. Whenever you purchase products, you will earn points. The more you buy, the more chances of earning a reward. Once you have enough reward points in your account, you can use those points on your next purchase.
Below are some simple rules to get started with:
a. Rewards are available to registered customers only.
b. Points are earned and redeemable by the email address on the account only.
c. Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
Q. What is the EMI payment option?
A. It is the service that allows you to purchase the products through a deferred payment plan using credit cards. This allows you to buy any product of your choice by paying in monthly installments.
