• Sutho (Zingiber Officinalis Rose)
• Jeera (Cuminum Cyminum)
• Jwano (Trachyspermum Ammi)
• Mugrelo (Nigell Dimascena)
• Hing (Ferula Asafetida)
• Ajmoda (Apium Graveolens)
• Birenoon (Black Salt)

Dosage:

1 teaspoonful twice a day with warm water after foods or as directed by the physician.
