What’s Up With the New iPhone 13???

Well, because they just released their new iPhones.
iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
You must be living under a rock if you didn’t know this by now. But well, now you know. At first glance, it might seem that nothing has changed when compared to its predecessors. But there are some major changes that are gonna put the iPhone on the top of the list of smartphones.
So let’s dive in and see what changes the new iPhone 13 has made.
Camera
The major factor you all are going to notice is the cameras. On the iPhone mini variant, the cameras are placed diagonally. Giving you more details while taking a picture from the wide-angle camera. On all the variants, the primary camera and the wide-angle camera have a 12MP main sensor with a 1.9µm pixel size and f/1.5 aperture and a 12 MP sensor with a 1.7 µm pixel size and f/2.4 aperture respectively.
However, the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max variants have an extra telephoto lens that has a 12 MP, f/2.8 PDAF, OIS, 3x Optical Zoom. All the variants have a top-tier camera quality for both camera and video. Also, the Pro Max variant has Cinematic mode and stereo sound making it best for high-quality recording.
Also, all the variants from the latest iPhone have a dual camera of 1.8 MP with f/ 2.2 and SL 3D depth biometric sensor.
Display
The displays of all the variants have changed a lot as well. If you compare it with iPhone 11 or 12, you can see the notch has become smaller. The iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 run on a 60hrz refresh rate. Whereas the iPhone 13 pro and pro max variant change the refresh rate from 10hrz to 120hrz according to the content you are playing.
The display of the iPhone mini is 5.4” with an 85.1% screen-to-body ratio, whereas the display of iPhone 13 and the 13 pro is 6.1” with an 86% screen-to-body ratio. However, the iPhone 13 pro max is huge and has a display of 6.7” with an 87.4% screen-to-body ratio.
Body
Talking about the body of the new iPhones, the length and the breadth of the iPhone varies. However, the height remains the same. The height stays the same for all the variants i.e. 0.30 inches. The length of the iPhone 13 mini is 5.18 inches and the breadth is 2.53 inches. The length and breadth of both the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro come at 5.78 inches and 2.81 inches respectively. The massive iPhone 13 Pro Max comes at the length and breadth of 6.33 inches and 3.07 inches respectively.
The iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max weigh 141grams, 147 grams, 204 grams, and 240 grams respectively. All the variants have Gorilla glass on both the back and the front. However, the iPhone 13 mini and the iPhone 13 are built with an aluminum frame, and the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max are built with a stainless steel frame.
Platform
The Operating system that runs on all the devices is iOS 15. The chipset on all the iPhones is Apple A15 Bionic. Also, the CPU on all the iPhones is the same. It processes Hexa-core which is 2x3.22 GHz Avalanche + 4xX.X Ghz Blizzard. However, the GPU differs on two of the variants. The iPhone 13 mini and the iPhone 13 processes Apple GPU, 4-core graphics. Whereas the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max variant process Apple GPU, 5-core graphics. The GPU on these iPhones determines how heavy-duty applications run.
Battery
When compared to last year’s iPhone 12, the iPhone 13 has taken a massive leap in terms of battery sizes. There is 20W fast charging available on the devices that charges your phone up to 50% in 30 minutes.
The battery on the iPhone 13 mini is a Li-lon 2438 mAh non-removable battery. The iPhone 13 runs Li-lon 3240 mAh non-removable battery. However, the iPhone 13 Pro runs a Li-lon 3095 mAh non-removable battery. It seems quite shocking that the better variant, iPhone 13 Pro has a lesser battery. Anyways, here comes the iPhone 13 Pro Max, which is an absolute powerhouse. This variant runs a Li-lon 4352 mAh non-removable battery.
